临界线

在直线 R[s]=1/2 复平面上，黎曼假设断言黎曼zeta函数的所有非平凡（复数）零点都位于这条线上。上面的图显示了黎曼zeta函数的前几个零点，其中临界线以红色显示。不在线I[s]=0 和 R[s]<0 临界线上的零点是平凡零点 zeta(s) 在 s=-2, -4, .... 虽然已知有无限多个零点位于临界线上，并且这些零点至少占所有零点的 40%，但黎曼假设仍未被证实。
