共轭矩阵

共轭矩阵是由给定矩阵 A 得到的矩阵 A^_，通过取 复共轭 的每个元素 A （Courant and Hilbert 1989, p. 9），即，

(a_(ij))^_=(a^__(ij)).

符号 A^* 有时也被使用，这可能会导致混淆，因为这个符号也用于表示 共轭转置。

在 相似变换 X^(-1)AX 中使用矩阵 X 也被称为通过 X 共轭 A 。在这种情况下， B=X^(-1)AX 和 A 被称为 相似矩阵。
