五格骨牌

Pentominoes

五格骨牌是一种 5-多格骨牌。有 12 种自由五格骨牌，18 种单面五格骨牌和 63 种固定五格骨牌。十二种自由五格骨牌以它们最相似的字母表字母而闻名： f, I, L, N, P, T, U, V, W, X, y, 和 Z (Gardner 1960, Golomb 1995)。另一种常见的命名约定将 f, I, L, 和 N 替换为 R, O, Q, 和 S，以便使用从 O 到 Z 的所有字母 (Berlekamp et al. 1982)。 特别是，在生命游戏 元胞自动机中，f-五格骨牌始终被称为 r-五格骨牌。I、L 和 T 五格骨牌也可以分别称为直五格骨牌、L 形五格骨牌和T 形五格骨牌。
